HRP Mamas — HRP MAMAS

Erica runs online mom support groups with Hudson River Park Mamas. HRP runs extensive in person and virtual classes, events and support for parents in the greater NYC area. Virtual support for new moms is a great way to get support without having to leave the house in the early weeks of a new baby.
